The Opportunity: BCBA
- Plan, develop, and oversee all aspects of individual treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive, systematic behavioral assessments
- Utilize applied behavior analysis principles to teach new skills
- Provide hands-on supervision and training for RBTs and other field staff
- Facilitate supportive family conversations and guide clinical recommendations
- Review and sign off on behavior/treatment plans
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and license in the state of New Jersey (or ability to obtain before starting)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Demonstrated clinical competence and experience applying ABA principles, especially with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Familiarity with and the ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments
- Exceptional clinical judgment, strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and organizational abilities
- One year of professional BCBA experience in home setting is preferred
