What You’ll Do

• Carry out assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Lead, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Maintain oversight of progress and modify programming as necessary
• Collaborate closely with families and caregivers
• Persistently document and ensure compliance with professional standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and any required state credentials
• Strong clinical judgment with a family-centered approach
• A passion for collaboration, teaching, and problem-solving
