About the role

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time BCBA for their Naperville South location. This clinic-based position provides ABA services along with Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians
• Complete Assessments
• Collaborate with Families and Other Therapists
• Design and Oversee Programs for Children with Autism
• Provide Ethical, Quality ABA Care
• Create Behavior Intervention Plans Based on Functional Behavioral Assessments
• Evaluate, Treat, and Direct Treatment for Patients

Requirements

• Masters Degree in ABA
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Pay

$75,000 - $87,000 annually, based on years of experience
