Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compensation: $65–$75 per hour.

About the role

We are seeking an In-Home Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized behavior-analysis services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities in their home environment. The BCBA works closely with clients and their families to develop, implement, and monitor behavior-intervention plans, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ behavior, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address target behaviors and teach new skills.
• Provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members in the client’s home.
• Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Train and support families and caregivers to ensure generalization of skills and behavior interventions in the home environment.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of all client interactions, progress, and treatment plans.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in the delivery of behavior-analysis services.

Schedule

Dependent upon client schedule and availability. Shifts typically occur after school hours, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities, preferably in an in-home setting.
• Experience conducting assessments, developing behavior-intervention plans, and providing staff supervision.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a flexible schedule.
