About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a mission-driven, nonprofit organization providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This is a part-time, on-site position (25 hours per week) offering flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on families and communities. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values thoughtful clinical work, collaboration, and ethical, client-centered care over productivity pressure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial intake assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and obtain insurance authorizations
- Analyze data and make data-driven program adjustments
- Design and oversee data collection systems
- Provide parent/caregiver training
- Monitor client progress across various ages and functioning levels
- Supervise, train, and mentor therapists
- Conduct staff performance reviews
- Ensure documentation and billable hours meet funder requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification required
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in Mississippi (or eligible and willing to obtain)
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred; newly certified BCBAs encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
