Location: Paramus, NJ | Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on each client's clinical needs and goals.
- Create and update individualized treatment programs targeting communication, social skills, adaptive living skills, school readiness, and reduction of challenging behaviors.
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians, ensuring high-quality implementation of treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis and make data-driven adjustments to programming as needed.
- Conduct regular observations of clients and staff to ensure treatment integrity and effective implementation of ABA strategies.
Requirements
- BCBA certification (required)
- NJ LBA License (required)
- Experience working with young children with autism
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to run cases independently
- Someone who values a structured, team-based environment
