About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Pivotal Parenting Support LLC in El Dorado Hills, California. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized behavioral therapy services to clients with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, needs, and goals for each client.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific behavioral and developmental needs.
• Implement ABA therapy techniques in a home-based setting, using evidence-based practices and procedures under the supervision of a licensed psychologist or board-certified psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment, using electronic medical records and other documentation tools.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress, share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to the development of treatment plans and strategies.
• Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of treatment effectiveness.
