Job Summary
Perfect Pair ABA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Norfolk, Virginia. We service clients in our clinic and home-based across the state!
Job Duties
- Support our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) by offering mentorship, guidance, and supervision.
- Design evidence-based programming hierarchies that respect and reflect client data.
- Offer continuous support and guidance for families, helping them navigate the journey toward successful programming outcomes.
- Collaborate with other service providers to enhance the experiences of those we serve.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity within the team.
Qualifications
- Hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB.
- Maintain an active state license (LBA) as required based on location.
- Master's or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification, obtained before the start date.
- Ability to complete and pass a background check.
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for commuting to clients' homes.
