Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Perfect Pair ABA in Richmond, VA. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills while enjoying a healthy work-life balance. You will work closely with our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy services in a home setting across the state. Job Duties

• Support our RBTs by offering mentorship, guidance, and supervision
• Design evidence-based programming hierarchies that respect and reflect client data
• Offer continuous support and guidance to families to navigate successful programming outcomes
• Welcome collaboration with other service providers to enhance the experiences of those we serve
• Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity within the team

Qualifications

• Hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB
• Maintain an active state license (LBA) as required based on location
• Master's or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification, obtained before the start date is preferred
• Ability to complete and pass a background check
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills across all formats and scenarios
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for commuting to the home of clients
