Job Duties

  • Provide mentorship, clinical oversight, clear communication, and supervision for our RBTs
  • Develop meaningful, evidence-based, hierarchical programming based on data, progress, and the continued assessment of the client
  • Complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies and any other duties within the scope of practice of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst as outlined in the BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics
  • Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers outside of Perfect Pair
  • Perform comprehensive initial intake and recurring assessments
  • Discharge and transition planning for clients on your caseload
  • Maintain a minimum billable requirement of 20 hours per week
  • Review data and update client programs or treatment goals as needed
  • Complete session notes in a timely manner, ensuring they are thorough and accurate

Qualifications

  • Hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB
  • Maintain an active state license (LBA) as required based on location
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification, obtained prior to start date preferred, but no later than 30 business days after the initial start date
  • Ability to complete and pass a background check
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills across all formats and scenarios
  • Retail a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients
