- Competitive Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 hourly
Job Duties
- Provide mentorship, clinical oversight, clear communication, and supervision for our RBTs
- Develop meaningful, evidence-based, hierarchical programming based on data, progress, and the continued assessment of the client
- Complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies and any other duties within the scope of practice of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst as outlined in the BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics
- Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers outside of Perfect Pair
- Perform comprehensive initial intake and recurring assessments
- Discharge and transition planning for clients on your caseload
- Maintain a minimum billable requirement of 20 hours per week
- Review data and update client programs or treatment goals as needed
- Complete session notes in a timely manner, ensuring they are thorough and accurate
Qualifications
- Hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB
- Maintain an active state license (LBA) as required based on location
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification, obtained prior to start date preferred, but no later than 30 business days after the initial start date
- Ability to complete and pass a background check
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills across all formats and scenarios
- Retail a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients
