Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related disabilities
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Train and supervise other staff members
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support client progress
- Lead organizational behavior management initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and related disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for advancing behavioral science and making a positive impact on people's lives
Qualifications
- Experience in ABA therapy and behavior intervention planning
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop effective intervention plans
- Strong organizational and time management skills
