Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related disabilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Train and supervise other staff members
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support client progress
  • Lead organizational behavior management initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and related disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for advancing behavioral science and making a positive impact on people's lives

Qualifications

  • Experience in ABA therapy and behavior intervention planning
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Ability to conduct assessments and develop effective intervention plans
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
