About the role
Graham Behavior Services is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team at our Forked River clinic. This is a Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct verbal behavior, language, play, and skill-based assessments and design individualized curricula based on those results.
- Develop, implement, and oversee behavior support plans and treatment programs, collect and analyze data to drive clinical decision-making.
- Provide supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB standards.
- Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of ABA principles, ethical standards, and current best practices.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, preferably from a BACB-accredited program.
- Active BCBA certification and NJ state licensure in good standing.
- BACB supervision credential, or the ability to acquire one.
- A minimum of two years of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- A strong clinical background in 1:1 ABA delivery across clinic, home, and community settings.
- The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with families and team members at all levels.
- Proficiency with data collection, graphing, analysis, and progress reporting.
- A genuine commitment to integrity, professionalism, and ethical practice.
Physical Requirements
- Candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
- Travel to client locations as needed.
- Receive crisis management training.
- Notify your clinical supervisor if you are unable to physically perform any crisis management procedures.
