Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy to clients with autism and related disabilities
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
• Train and supervise other behavior analysts and therapists
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective interventions
• Participate in professional development activities and stay updated on best practices in ABA
• Lead organizational behavior management initiatives within schools or organizations

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism and related disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for advancing behavioral science and making a positive impact on people's lives

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual client needs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
