Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy to clients with autism and related disabilities
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
- Train and supervise other behavior analysts and therapists
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective interventions
- Participate in professional development activities and stay updated on best practices in ABA
- Lead organizational behavior management initiatives within schools or organizations
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and related disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for advancing behavioral science and making a positive impact on people's lives
Qualifications
- Experience in ABA therapy
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual client needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
