What you will bring to the team
- Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D).
- Behavior Specialist/BCBA License for assigned state(s).
- 1+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with ASD.
- Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland and QABF, MAS, FAST and Functional Behavior Assessments.
- Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).
What you will do
- Congratulations, you are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments (including Functional Behavior Assessments) and skills assessments.
- Write comprehensive initial and ongoing behavior and skills assessment reports, treatment plans, and clinical documentation in line with BACB, insurance, and organizational standards.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and ABA therapy programs, while monitoring progress through supervision, data analysis and caregiver input.
- Provide consultation, training, and supervision to parents, school personnel, and therapeutic support staff, maintaining BACB supervision standards.
- Provide field supervision of Registered Behavior / ABA Therapists in accordance with BACB standards.
