Design, develop, implement, and monitor individualized function-based treatments to address both behavior reduction and skill acquisition needs
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to design treatment within the context of Misericordia’s environment
Provide necessary supervision to RBTs, direct care staff and support teams for clients receiving services
Effectively communicate and maintain cooperative relationships with all interdisciplinary team members involved in client care
Participate in department leadership and facilitate professional development for supervisees
Collaborate with residential teams to plan and implement transition supports for individuals within Misericordia’s applicant pool
Qualifications:
- BCBA Certification Required
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (or other pathway accepted by the BACB)
- Two years experience working with individuals with I/DD, experience with adults preferred
- Must be flexible with the ability to work within a variety of environments, including residential, day training, and community settings
- Strong communication skills, and experience with professional collaboration with IDT members
- Able to work a variety of hours to meet the needs of the client and organization
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Proven supervisory experience
PAY:
$63,000 - $75,000
