Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About the role
Provide behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on assessments and data collection
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals and support staff in behavior analysis techniques
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field from an accredited program
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet the needs of diverse populations
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
- $60,000 - $80,000 annually
