Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

Provide behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on assessments and data collection
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
  • Train and supervise paraprofessionals and support staff in behavior analysis techniques
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field from an accredited program
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Experience with data collection and analysis
  • Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet the needs of diverse populations

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
