About the role
The role requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on assessments and data collection.
- Provide direct behavioral interventions to clients in a therapeutic setting.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as therapists, teachers, and parents to ensure consistent support for clients.
- Document progress and maintain client records according to regulatory standards.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
- A BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with individuals with ASD.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
