About the role

The role requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on assessments and data collection.
  • Provide direct behavioral interventions to clients in a therapeutic setting.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with other professionals such as therapists, teachers, and parents to ensure consistent support for clients.
  • Document progress and maintain client records according to regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
  • A BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
