Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments and maintain records and documentation
  • Provide training to parents and staff
  • Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA's
  • Supervise RBTs and attend professional development activities

Requirements

  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBAs
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay

Total Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and promotion
