Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and maintain records and documentation
- Provide training to parents and staff
- Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA's
- Supervise RBTs and attend professional development activities
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- BCBA certification
- 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBAs
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay
Total Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and promotion
