Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. As a BCBA with Kids Club ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, provide training to parents and staff, and collaborate with other members of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments
  • Provide training to parents and staff
  • Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA
  • Maintain records and documentation
  • Attend professional development activities
  • Supervise RBTs

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) certification
  • 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBAs
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Total Compensation

Total Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 up to base salary tiered and based on experience and competency.
