We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Kids Club ABA - VA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide individualized, high-quality care while creating a happy and fun environment that fosters growth, development, and success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment strategies
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members
- Maintain documentation to ensure quality care
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- 2+ years of experience working with children with autism
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Experience in ABA therapy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
