Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA with Kids Club ABA - VA, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with families and clinical team members. Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism and related disorders
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure consistent and effective treatment
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in ABA or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with children with autism
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and concepts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
