Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, provide training to parents and staff, and collaborate with other members of the team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments
- Provide training to parents and staff
- Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA's
- Maintain records and documentation
- Attend professional development activities
- Supervise RBTs
- Have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
- 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBAs
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
