Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

Kids Club ABA is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company that supports individuals with autism. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments
• Provide training to parents and staff
• Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA
• Maintain records and documentation
• Attend professional development activities
• Supervision of RBTs

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) certification
• 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBAs
• Strong understanding of ABA principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
