Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About the role
Kids Club ABA is expanding into Missouri, and we're excited to bring our family-centered approach to in-home ABA services to a new community! We're looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to do more than manage a caseload. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization, build meaningful relationships with families, and help establish Kids Club ABA's presence in Missouri.
At Kids Club ABA, we believe great ABA starts with great people. We're committed to providing individualized, high-quality care in the home environment while creating an environment where clinicians feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. Looking for flexibility? We're open to remote and/or hybrid work arrangements for the right BCBA residing in Missouri, depending on experience, location, and clinical needs. Because we provide in-home services, some in-person assessments, supervision, and family collaboration will be required based on client needs. With educational partnerships across three universities, we're also committed to professional development and supporting the next generation of ABA professionals. If you're looking for a role where your expertise matters, your professional growth is encouraged, and your work makes a meaningful impact, we'd love to meet you!
