Kids Club ABA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to develop individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide training to parents and staff.

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments
  • Provide training to parents and staff
  • Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA
  • Maintain records and documentation
  • Attend professional development activities
  • Supervise RBTs

The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
  • 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBAs
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Total Compensation and Benefits

Total Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 annually, up to base salary tiered and based on experience and competency.
