Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for clients
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care standards are met
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with children with autism
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
