Jade ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee a structured caseload across the Williamsburg region, supporting clients in nearby areas including Richmond and Chesapeake. This role is ideal for a BCBA looking to build a consistent, high-hour caseload with a mix of afternoon, evening, and weekend services, while maintaining a flexible and efficient weekly schedule.

What You’ll Do
As a BCBA at Jade, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, designing and overseeing personalized ABA programs that empower our clients to reach their fullest potential. Your days will be filled with:
- Developing and implementing cutting-edge behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborating with our talented team of therapists, families, and caregivers.
- Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with your expert guidance.

Who We’re Looking For
You’re a BCBA who’s ready to hit the ground running and bring your A-game to a company that’s all about excellence and heart. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Must-Have Qualifications: Current BCBA certification and LBA license (because you’re a pro!). Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- PREFERRED SKILLS: CPR certification – a great plus for safety readiness. Spanish-speaking? Even better – we love connecting with diverse families!
