Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Collaborating with therapists, families, and caregivers
• Supervising and mentoring RBTs/BTs
• Analyzing data to drive meaningful clinical outcomes
• Providing compassionate, high-quality care in home and community settings

Who We’re Looking For

• A BCBA who’s ready to contribute to a growing team and make a meaningful impact.
• Must-Have Qualifications: Current BCBA certification, Active Virginia LBA license (or in progress), Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Preferred Skills: CPR certification, Bilingual (Spanish-speaking is a plus), Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
