Jade ABA Therapy is seeking a passionate BCBA to join a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Responsibilities
- Designing and overseeing personalized ABA programs to help clients reach their fullest potential
- Developing and implementing cutting-edge behavior intervention plans
- Collaborating with the team of therapists, families, and caregivers
- Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with expert guidance
- Analyzing data to drive meaningful outcomes
- Bringing creativity and compassion to every session
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and LBA license
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Preferred Skills
- CPR certification
- Spanish-speaking ability
- Strong passion for innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact
Pay
$90,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience
