Jade ABA Therapy is seeking a passionate BCBA to join a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Responsibilities

• Designing and overseeing personalized ABA programs to help clients reach their fullest potential
• Developing and implementing cutting-edge behavior intervention plans
• Collaborating with the team of therapists, families, and caregivers
• Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with expert guidance
• Analyzing data to drive meaningful outcomes
• Bringing creativity and compassion to every session

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and LBA license
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Preferred Skills

• CPR certification
• Spanish-speaking ability
• Strong passion for innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact

Pay

$90,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience
