About the role
Jade ABA Therapy is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee a centralized caseload across Silver Spring and surrounding areas, including Kensington, Gaithersburg, Riverdale, Laurel, Upper Marlboro, and Fort Meade. This role is designed to provide a well-structured, high-density caseload, allowing you to build consistent hours while minimizing travel between clients.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement cutting-edge behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with our talented team of therapists, families, and caregivers.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with your expert guidance.

Who We’re Looking For
- Must-Have Qualifications: Current BCBA certification and LBA license (because you’re a pro!)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- PREFERRED SKILLS: CPR certification – a great plus for safety readiness. Spanish-speaking? Even better – we love connecting with diverse families!
