Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing cutting‑edge behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborating with therapists, families, and caregivers.
• Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Analyzing data to drive meaningful outcomes.
• Bringing creativity and compassion to every session to make a lasting difference.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Skills

• CPR certification (preferred).
• Spanish‑speaking ability (preferred).
