Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the Role

Jade ABA Therapy is seeking a passionate BCBA to join a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to transforming lives through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role offers full-time or part-time opportunities with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee personalized ABA programs to help clients reach their fullest potential
• Develop and implement cutting-edge behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with therapists, families, and caregivers
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes
• Bring creativity and compassion to every session

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and LBA license
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Preferred Skills

• CPR certification
• Spanish-speaking ability
• Strong passion for innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact
