Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cutting-edge behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with therapists, families, and caregivers.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with expert guidance.
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes for clients.
• Bring creativity and compassion to every session, making a lasting difference.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CPR certification.
• Spanish-speaking ability (to connect with diverse families).
• Strong passion for innovation, collaboration, and meaningful impact.

Pay

$70–$85 hourly, based on experience.
