About the Role
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism
- Conducting assessments, analyzing data, and reporting on client progress
- Providing behavioral consultations and training to families and caregivers
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, supervisors, and parents to achieve treatment goals
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client treatment and progress
- Staying current with best practices in ABA Therapy and integrating new techniques and strategies into treatment plans
Requirements
- Board Certification: American Board of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy or related field
