Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

SenseSational Learning Group is a BCBA-owned and operated neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice specializing in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI). We prioritize play-based, child-led approaches and offer both in-home and community-based services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans
• Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
• Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")
• Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
• Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, and community-based programming)
• Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings

Requirements

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Michigan state licensure
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
• Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice
• Early childhood development expertise

Pay

$85,000 - $90,000 per year
