Divine Steps Therapy is expanding its ABA services into North Carolina and seeks a growth-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the management team. The role involves clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, delivering high-quality care, and contributing to the company’s scaling efforts. Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload and assist in regional expansion
- Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of treatment plans
- Develop individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs
- Design treatment plans based on functional assessment data
- Provide ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site/remote supervision of RBTs
Qualifications
- BCBA Certification and North Carolina LBA credential, with Medicaid credentialing
- Thorough understanding of DTT, NET, and other ABA strategies
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
Pay
$100,000 salary plus bonus structure
