Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in Fort Worth. While strong ABA knowledge and BCBA certification are essential, we prioritize professionals who build trust with families, connect with children, and collaborate effectively with coworkers. Clinical skills can grow with support; communication, warmth, reliability, and relationship-building are harder to teach.

Position Highlights

• Very manageable caseload, generally around 4 clients
• Maximum caseload of approximately 7 clients
• Hybrid flexibility with the potential to work remotely about 2.5 to 3 days per week
• Provide services in clients’ homes and collaborate closely with parents and caregivers
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support behavior technicians
• Conduct caregiver training
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
• Supportive leadership that emphasizes clinical quality over volume

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Texas LBA or eligibility for Texas licensure
• Experience working with children and families preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide in-home services throughout the Fort Worth area

The organization is planning ahead and aims to have the right BCBA in place in late 2026, prioritizing a thoughtful fit over rushing the process.
