Compensation & Productivity

  • Base Salary: $95,000 and $105,000
  • Bonus: $70 to $77 for each additional billable hour (e.g., +5 billable hours/month = $4K–$5K annually)

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification preferred

Pay

  • Base Salary: $95,000 and $105,000
  • Bonus: $70 to $77 for each additional billable hour (e.g., +5 billable hours/month = $4K–$5K annually)

Schedule

  • Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate)
  • Up to 115 billable hours per month
