About the role
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides behavior analytic services to support special education staff and general education teachers in the provision of behavioral support and services. These supports and services are designed to assist students with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral disorders in the least restrictive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized behavior analytic services to students with ASD and/or other behavioral disorders
- Collaborate with special education staff and general education teachers to develop and implement behavior plans
- Evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Conduct assessments to identify areas of need and develop appropriate intervention strategies
- Train and mentor special education staff and general education teachers on behavior analytic techniques
- Participate in team meetings and IEP (Individualized Education Program) development
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and/or other behavioral disorders
- Knowledge of behavior analytic principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams

Pay
$75,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience
