About the Role

We're on the hunt for a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for LBA licensure in Georgia. You'll spearhead clinical initiatives at one or more of our therapy sites, crafting treatment plans, guiding RBTs and LaBAs, and fostering collaboration with families and educators. At Chroma Behavioral Health, we merge clinical expertise with early learning, nurturing each child's potential through meaningful relationships and data-driven progress.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct skill assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to BACB and Georgia Medicaid standards
  • Train and supervise RBTs and LaBAs, ensuring accurate documentation of supervision hours
  • Deliver parent and caregiver training sessions (CPT 97156/97157) with precision
  • Engage with childcare directors and teachers to maintain consistency across settings
  • Monitor client progress using data-driven decision making and evidence-based practices
  • Guarantee compliance with HIPAA, BACB ethics code, and Georgia licensing board rules
  • Participate in clinical reviews, team meetings, and professional development sessions

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Georgia LBA license (current or eligible)
  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience providing ABA services (preferably in early intervention/natural environment settings)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and data-analysis skills
  • Fingerprint background check clearance through Georgia DECAL (for working within childcare environments)
