Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must meet State of Delaware certification requirements for Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Student observations
- Data collection
- SUPPORTING THE MTSS PROCESS
- DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMAL BEHAVIOR PLANS
- DEVELOPMENT OF FBA’s AND BSP’s
- FIDELITY CHECKS
- STAFF COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT
- OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNMENT BY THE INCLUSIVE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT
SALARY:
In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and degree.

PRE-Employment REQUIREMENTS:
- Provide official transcripts, if applicable, updated resume, and three (3) letters of recommendation.
- Submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
- Provide proper identification (Social Security Card and Driver's License).
- Document eligibility for employment in the U.S.A.
- Complete I-9 form.
- Complete paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
