Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the Role

Butterfly Effects is seeking a passionate BCBA to deliver family-centered therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder. This field-based role involves managing and supervising RBTs and BTs, conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment goals and evidence-based intervention plans, leading monthly family and caregiver training sessions, and coordinating with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation: Base salary $85,000 – $95,000 + quarterly performance incentives (up to $12,000 annually).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
