About the role

As a Key Member Of Our Interdisciplinary ABA Team, you'll lead the charge in delivering family-centered therapy for children with autism. This BCBA position is ideal for those passionate about autism therapy, behavior analysis, and making a difference—without the constraints of non-compete clauses.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans.
• Lead monthly family and caregiver training sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success.
• Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.
