Compensation and Schedule

  • $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus bonus pay

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs to improve client outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering your treatment plans
  • Provide parent and caregiver training on behavioral interventions
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic client care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA

What You'll Need

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
  • North Carolina LBA licensure, or willingness to obtain it (we'll help)
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field
  • Access to reliable transportation for in-person sessions
  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership working with RBTs and families

New BCBAs and experienced clinicians alike are encouraged to apply — if you're recently certified, we provide mentorship to help you build your caseload with confidence.
