Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

Blossom ABA is looking for an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team on a part-time basis. A part-time BCBA position with Blossom ABA offers the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on each client's needs
• Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
• Develop behavior intervention plans and treatment goals
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other members of the treatment team
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications
• Review clinical data and ensure treatment goals are progressing appropriately
• Provide parent and caregiver training and support
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training
• Ensure services are provided ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and applicable requirements
• Build positive and supportive relationships with clients, families, and team members

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• VA LBA

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-based care
