What You’ll Do Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plansConduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progressSupervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedbackCollaborate with families and interdisciplinary teamsEnsure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards Qualifications Active BCBA certification requiredMaster’s degree in ABA or related fieldExperience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programsReliable transportation and willingness to travel locallyStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsA genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism Ready to Grow With Us?
