BCBA Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavior assessments and data analysis.
  • Develop and supervise treatment that incorporates assent-based, ethical, and trauma-informed practices, promoting client engagement, autonomy, and meaningful outcomes.
  • Provide parent training and case supervision.
  • Complete supervision and training of BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment integrity through the use of behavior skills training.
  • Cook up coordination with community stakeholders to ensure continuity of care with the families receiving services.
  • Ensure timely delivery of behavior analytic services that align with treatment recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in conducting behavior assessments and data analysis
  • Experience in developing and supervising treatment plans
  • Experience in providing parent training and case supervision
  • Experience in coordinating with community stakeholders
  • Experience in ensuring timely delivery of behavior analytic services
