Responsibilities
- Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients in the home, clinic and community settings.
- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of behavior technicians.
- Review all session notes and data taken by RBT's to monitor client progress and RBT proficiency.
- Provide parent training.
- Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with parents, team members, and professionals to ensure optimal client progress and outcomes.
- Participate in weekly multi-disciplinary team meetings.
- Supervise RBT's and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB.
- Teach, learn, and play with our clients to help them reach their highest potential.
- Accurately record treatment data.
- Ensure client safety.
- Maintain confidentiality of all clients as well as professional conduct.
- Communicate and work collaboratively with the Aurora team.
Requirements
- Education: Master's (Preferred)
- Certification: LBS in the State of Pennsylvania (Required)
- BCBA Certification (Required)
