Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop targeted interventions
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to children and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA
Requirements
- Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
- Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
