Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavioral intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Provide coaching and training to parent-child interaction therapists (PCITs) and other staff members to ensure effective implementation of behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, and to provide consultation and support to parents and caregivers
- Analyze data and measure progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience in the field of ABA, preferably in a clinical setting
- Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
